Food & Add-on options

Customize your picnic with a variety of food options provided by Waters Edge Winery and Bonjour Bakery & Bistro.

Gluten free and vegan options by request. Other dietary or special requests, please inquire when you contact us and we will do out best to accommodate you. Please refer to the menu for detailed pricing and order options. Additional options may be available upon request.

Planning to propose, let us help make it extra special with our beautiful backdrops, roses and Marry me sign. Experience the bubble tent and picnic indoors with outdoor views.

Bookings

Big Sky Picnics & Curated Gatherings packages should be booked no later than 72 hours before your requested date and time due to possible permit requirements. A minimum of 42 hour notice is required for bookings with a food order.

The earlier you book, the greater chance that we can accommodate your desired date and location. Please do not hesitate to contact us for last minute requests. We do our best to accommodate all dates/times, but keep in mind they fill up fast!

After submitting your Book your picnic information, we will contact you via phone to confirm and finalize your event details.

Please keep in mind that booking requests made on online are just requests. Your picnic/event is not confirmed until you receive a call back by Big Sky Picnics, followed by a confirmation email with your desired date/times.

You can book as early as 11:00 am and as late as 5:00 pm.

We specialize in intimate gatherings of 2 to 12 guests each one uniquely curated. From proposals, anniversaries, date nights to any special occasion celebrate with us. Book early to get the best date & time of your choice.

Location

We have taken the time to select awe inspiring locations that are private to semi-private and have amazing views. Whether in your backyard, river or lake side your picnic will be a time to remember. Contact us and we’ll help you pick that perfect spot or approve of one you have in mind.

Heading into Glacier Park and want to make it extra special, book one of our To go picnic options.

Travel

Any reservations requiring Big Sky Picnics to travel 30 or more miles outside Kalispell, MT will incur additional travel fees. Travel fees include a $25 service fee plus $.99 a mile.

Cancellations

To secure your booking, Big Sky Picnics requires a deposit of 50% upfront. The final payment is due 42 hours before the event. Event setup will not occur without full payment prior.

Bookings secured with a deposit may be rescheduled 24 hours before, due to bad or severe weather or a change of mind.

We don’t offer any refunds but we will try to reschedule your picnic or issue a credit. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows will not be issued a credit.
